The Cambro 66CF110 ColdFest Pan is ideal for use with Cambro food bars, buffet tables or for perishable condiments. It keeps contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 41F (41C) without ice. To use, freeze for eight hours or overnight before filling with pre-chilled product. Can hold contents cold for up to six hours. Features high impact ABS construction and is filled with non-toxic gel. This product measures at 6-3/4 inches long by 6-3/8 inches wide by 6 inches deep with a capacity of 1.5 quarts.
